Okay so a month ago I got my period on time this month I was dating this guy and we got intimate if you know what I mean we'll recently we both been working aLOT and haven't seen each other lately but it's about that time for aunt flow to come but I'm a day late because I'm always on time like clock work . What should I do ? Answer two is wait a couple days which doctors say is 5 for a period to be late ???? HELP

I would say wait a few days and see if it comes. Try not to stress out because stress only makes it worse. There were a few times I thought the same thing but stress made aunt flow show up later. I hope this helped and good luck :)

If you stress it can make all your hormones levels go off The Charts and just weird . and this will make your period even later or just not come at all . it's natural to Miss a period every now and again don't worry if it would give you a peace of mind then go get a test and take it, but again with it being your time of month week the hormones can affect the tests and make it inconclusive or just neutral(not yes or no)
