When did you start to introduce solids?

Has any March '17 moms started solids yet? If so what age did you start? What did you start off with first?

My baby was born March 1, so he's two days away from being 6mo old, & we're going to start him then! Exciting times!

My girls are 5 mo the today and we started a few days ago. I was going to wait till 6 months but Freya stole my pb & j from my hand and started gumming it - had jelly all over her face. 😋
she loved it - and was ready for more. 
 Did sweet potatoes first then banana 🍌.  I've been splitting one jar between them so far.

We're going to start when he's  6 months, which is on the 21st, and we're going to do baby lead weaning instead of purees

I started my daughter at 3 months. She lost interest quickly so I tried again at 4 months. No interest. Now she is 5 months and will only eat solids if she can control the spoon.

I started at 3 months with rice cereal because my son is a slow weight gainer. I started his first soild at 4 months, he had sweet potatoes and he loved it!
