No bleeding?

So I got an iud (mirena) placed Monday the 21st and was supposed to get my period two days ago. I have had cramps, diarrhea, mood swings, cravings, and headaches. These are normal for me during my period but I have had 0 bleeding. Is this normal?

That's normal don't worry. Youre body is still technically going through your period, but just no blood! You might spot a bit at some point and after a couple months you will most likely get very light periods, but then after a while they should stop. I have had the mirena for a year now and I still get very light periods. But didn't get a period for like two months after I got my mirena!
