Pregnancy or Hormonal?

I had sex July 1st , 2nd , 5th , & 6th . I ovulated at the end of June . It was over before I had sex. So it was 3 days after my ovulation period . I've been nauseous, my stomach has been bloating pretty bad . My period was late in July ... I was spotting brown for two days and then my period came on July 11th . It was suppose to come on the 9th . And now it's August , my period was 17 days late , came and only last maybe 4-almost 5 days it usually lasts 7 days . I haven't had my normal flow or cramps . My doctors appointment is next week and they said it sounded like Cryptic, Ectopic, or a hormonal imbalance... and I just wanted to know what other people thought ... I'm definitely stressed because all pregnancy tests have been negative even the blood test which is what Cryptic is ... but you guys catch my drift . It said its 0% chance you can get pregnant 3 days after ovulation but at this point I just don't know ....
