Sleeping positions?

Question

So my 12 week old decided that he likes moving to his side sometime during the night.  Does this mean no more swaddle? Does anybody else have this going on with their little one? He throws his head back and arches his spine.

I would be nervous to swaddle him after seeing that, because one more little leg luck or arm swing and he could on his front. Can he flip front to back? I believe it's technically not safe for them to sleep on their fronts until they can flip front to back, even if they've figure out how to flip back to front (cause they can't get back). Nor positive though, maybe check with your ped. Good luck!!!
