Vaginal itch??

So I've been having this really bad itch on my outer vaginal lips. I went to the dr got tested & the Dr said it was vaginitis well I took my antibiotic & applied the topic medicine, but it's been months & the itch returns sometimes I scratch it & it bleeds. I was wondering if I can apply which hazel? Or is there anything else I can apply? I still apply the topic medicine & it calms it down.
