Seem to be unable to conceive

Me and my boyfriend have been sleeping together now since February without protection or birth control most times a week and all negative tests.. I'm starting to feel I'm unable to conceive or he's got something wrong now because it's been so long and nothing 😕 I came off the implant in early February I don't have periods anymore ( I'm 20) and we both haven't planned a pregnancy but we're totally okay if it happens because we're older now and settled but 7 months having sex a few days a week and nothing ? I'm starting to worry there's something wrong with one of us
