My period ended a week and a half ago but I've been spotting (or something) for a few days I've been wearing pads and today I go to the bathroom and see this

I don't really know what it is or what it means but it's freaking me out. I wiped and nothing was on the toilet paper but then a little bit later I was masturbating and it was messy and everywhere! I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do.
