Breast reduction at 16💔💔 (Need opinions)

I'm 16 years old and I'm really insecure about my breast because I'm a triple D but I am a very small girl being short in height at 5'0 and I'm very slim so I'm starting to look ridiculous. People always make fun of me and my friends and family members always crack jokes and grab m boobs because they're so big and that really hurts my feelings. My aunt says I'm not allowed to wear certain things I used to wear because my boobs are big and grown men are watching me. My boobs also give me shoulder and back pains . I really want to get them reduce but the thought of surgery and being asleep purposely really scares me and I cry sometimes because idk what to do. I know this sounds silly but it's really affecting me , what should I do 😔😔😔😔😔😔
