Is it too early?

I'm 13 weeks and 2 days.. of course I'm not sure of the gender yet. But I was wondering is it too early to start buying pampers, bottles, onesies!? When could I start?

I'm not even pregnant yet and I have started buying things. (I know some people say it's bad luck but I dont believe in that stuff and if for some reason we can't conceive we will adopt or donate all of the items.) I'd say your good girl 😂

I say buy to your hearts content. I didn't get anything for my little girl until after my shower. Mostly because I couldn't find anything perfect enough for her 🙈 buying for ur little one is amazing because it helps you feel more prepared. I was so scared of having mine until I started to put her nursery together. It was like I had everything I ever needed or wanted. All I have to do now is wait. I'm currently 33wks...best of luck to you and your love bug💞

I would go to pantries too see if I would get them free.. get them only on sale if you really want to get them now that way you can save money while doing it.

I would say it's pretty early. My mother and friends who have babies said it's best to buy at 7 months (28 weeks). I'm going to do that and I like that idea better than buying very early on.. what I know a newborn doesn't need a lot clothes for the first 3 months.

I don't think there's any reason to rush into buying things this early. I would not buy much clothes if you're having a shower. Also I made the mistake of stocking up on diapers with my first, with my next 2 I bought 1 big box of n's and one 1s that was it, I ordered online as needed.
