Underwater sound on Doppler .!

I'm 11weeks and 6 days. I used the Doppler and all I could get is my own pulse on left/right side, wind sounds and today was new I got bubble underwater sound (like fish swimming or when you hold a toy underwater to fill up with water) I found that sound very close to the wind sound . Once I would move the Doppler both sounds are gone . I have yet to pick up baby heartbeat but trying not to let that stress me. I was in my pubic area when noise was found . Was the bubble water sound baby moving?

At my 6 week appt baby heartbeat was found. I believe the sono tech said something about my uterus being tilted.? Could this be why it's so hard for me to find baby heartbeat .?
