Do you feel admins do all they can? If someone says something offensive blatantly (curses at you, name calls, etc), do you feel they delete the posts efficiently enough? Or do they let them slide based on their opinions?

Just curious, I really don't feel protected often enough on this app. I know it's the internet, but they claim it to be safe and that there are rules, but I don't see action often enough.

A while back I had a troll post a pic of me, pretending to be me, basically baiting people to make fun of me. it was up for days. Recently I made a comment to someone, that wasn't even rude, it was factual, about their hair being done professionally, and it was removed within 10 minutes. I think its complicated but ever since the post of my picture I dont feel like the right shit is removed promptly enough.

I think I see action when they're called to. If I've reported something I always see it taken care of, but the longest I've waited is maybe an hour to see one deleted. And if it what I reported bothers me, I ignore looking at it until I think it's gone. 🤷🏼‍♀️ That's why I get so frustrated with these "don't report things unless it's super bad" people on here. They get pissy at people who do report things that are just mild bullying or something that they don't consider offensive because they have "thick skin". That's fine, sure, whatever, but then they let things slide for everyone and others see those nasty posts and then think they can get away with it, too, and it's a never ending cycle of drama and bad posts everyone there a lot of girls are pressured into not reporting. 🤷🏼‍♀️ if I report something it's not because I don't have thick skin or "my feelings were hurt", but because that behavior just is 100% not acceptable, and someone else's feelings will get hurt, and those people who don't get reported will just keep doing it, and/or others will just join in because nothing gets done about it.
