Is lack of eating putting me at risk for miscarriage?

Thanks for reading my post. I am 22 years old & I am currently 10 weeks 4 days pregnant. I found out I was pregnant around 4 weeks if I can remember right. I had no morning sickness at all & could eat pretty well. Starting at when I was about 6/7 weeks pregnant I have morning sickness a lot, sometimes lasting all day. Naturally I can't keep a lot down without feeling the need to throw up. I've even thrown up liquids before. (Like apple juice or Orange juice.) I usually only eat 1-2 times a day because of this. I'm a little worried I'm not getting enough to eat. Can lack of eating cause a miscarriage because of not getting enough nutrition for baby? Are there supplements I can take that can help with my lack of eating (besides prenatal) to make sure my baby gets all it needs daily? I will also note that there are some days I can eat & not throw up. & other days I just know eating food isn't an option because I know I'll throw it up. So I settle for getting smoothies. Usually from Tropical Smoothies because the cups they use are similar to a Starbucks Venti size. I've tried eating crackers & drinking ginger ale. It helps sometimes, but sometimes my body doesn't want anything to do with any type food or drink. I've tried pretty much all food/drink "remedy." But I am open to any ideas I can try. Thanks ladies. (:
