Threatened Miscarriage

Hi everyone, I'm freaking out right now and I'm hoping someone can relate. Has anyone ever experienced blood the day after a transvaginal ultrasound?

On Friday, I had a transvaginal ultrasound and the baby was exactly 7 weeks as predicted and had a strong heartbeat of 140 BPM. I had the ultrasound at 3:00pm. Then on Saturday (yesterday), at around 4:00pm, I was in the shower and noticed I was leaking blood. It wasn't a whole lot, but it was enough for me to go to the ER. So, I went to the ER and they tried doing a regular ultrasound, but couldn't see the heartbeat because I am too early still. They didn't want to do another transvaginal. I also had a pelvic exam and they said there was still a little blood, but my cervix was closed. My HCG count was 48,000 and they said it looked good for 7 weeks, but I have to get it tested again on Tuesday when the labs re-open from the Holiday. I'm so scared because they diagnosed me with a threatened miscarriage and now I have to wait until Wednesday with the results. Can anyone relate?
