Flu or early labor?

I barely slept all night, aching pains in my back going down into my legs, nausea, chills, random outbursts of sweat, head congestion, and now diarrhea when I woke up.

Normally, I can go about a year and a half with out getting sick. It happens very rarely and when it does it's always in the middle of winter.

I read somewhere that it could be early labor. I'm 38 weeks and 3 days. 11 days til due date. My first baby.

What are your thoughts and have you experienced this?
