Trying to lose weight is hard work!!!
I keep a food diary to watch what I eat and can honestly say I'm eating healthier than I've ever eaten and I train three times a week, cardio and powerlifting. I weigh myself every Monday....and according to this mornings weigh in I've put on a pound!!! I'm so fucking fed up, I honestly don't know what else to do.....anyone else in the same boat? Any advice is welcome....
