Moms! Working weekends??

I need your thoughts/opinions! I recently just left a Monday-Friday job with no benefits to a job WITH benefits doing what I love BUT at a price. I'll have to work every other weekend.

I can't decide if it will be worth it or not. On the other hand I'll have days off during the week to go to appts for baby #3 and the other kids BUT again I'll have to work every other weekend when my husband is off on weekends.

Moms, what are YOUR thoughts on working weekends or not? I used to work weekends a couple of years ago but it's been a while.

I start my new job tomorrow and I'm just a bundle of nerves!
