so how many days before your period can one get pregnant? I had sex two days in a row (yesterday and today) and I get my period in 11 days.  can I still get pregnant?

People normally ovulate 14 days "before" a period. 
When The egg is released it survives only 12-24hrs., 
Egg and sperm need to meet at that time and develop into a blastocyst then implant into lining. If u ovulated 14 days before. But have sex 11 days before that window is pretty slim. Because the egg has most likely already broken down. Some people have a shorter lp phase, like me. 12 days before my period. Anything below 10 days is considered bad. As there isn't enough time for the developing ovum to attach and produce progesterone to keep it lining from shredding (period) this is common for people to have chemical pregnancys.
