ovulation window?

Ok ladies got a question...glow app said ovulation window was last Sunday thru Yesterday....i took ovulation test and had highest LG surge on wed...on thurs it was very faint line but keep in mind glow said i was still in my ovulation window....due to our schedule no sex on wed but we sure made up for it with several sessions on thurs, fri, sat and Sunday.....what are your thoughts....do u think with all the sex those 4 days we might have conceived??
