PLEASE HELP
i got my nose pierced about a month ago and lately it's been hurting. there's a bumb inside my nose where the hole is and now this as came out. i thought maybe it was a booger that got in it somehow but when the tweezers touched it, it hurt so i knew it had to be something else. i've been using my saltwater spray that i got from the shop and i've been cleaning it. can someone please tell me what's going on???
