uti and ttc

today is day 3 of my period AND uti. i been taking over the counter medicine for the uti an it doesnt seem to be helping much an the cramping from the period is killing me! my 3rd period this month for some reason. idk what to do. i recently moved an my doctor under my insurance is a far drive an his hours interfer with my work schedule. next day off is 3 days from now. so question is is it safe 2 wait another 3 days? i cant afford a day off work but this pain and urge is getting unbearable.
