Major feet swelling

Okay so, I'll be 35 weeks exactly tommorow. As of now I'm 24 weeks 6 days, and in the last couple of days my feet have been swollen like full blown swollen , my ankles swell up as well. Which make it so painful to walk. I've tried elavating my feet , drinking more water but nothing has helped. Has anyone experienced this before, and what can this be a possible cause of? Any home remedies that worked for you?
