Feel bad or nah ? 🤔

Sooo my coworker says she's been off birth control for give or take 5 years & has been having unprotected sex for those years & still has yet to conceive. She's 30 & her man just turned 30, he's over weight & she's not. BUT she drinks & parties like she's 18. I just found out I was pregnant last Wednesday from TTC for 4 months. I feel terrible that they've been doing it for so long & they've come up with nothing. Yet here I am & I was able to conceive pretty easily. Her husband really wants kids but she's on either side so I don't think she's taking it too seriously. I obviously want to tell some of my coworkers eventually that I am pregnant but I also don't want to have her be sad about it.... so my question is, with all that being said, should I feel bad ? Mind you she just got on Clomid & started it I think last week yet was on a camping trip/boating trip drinking...
