I am 5'5 146 lbs so not fat but I am not fit ... I have the side pouches I call them or mini muffin top and lately my cellulite has been getting worse. I work 50 hour weeks so hr workouts are very hard to fit in my schedule while taking care of my family and house. But i am starting to get super self conscious which I know is dumb and I don't feel comfortable and I want to tone but I feel like nothing I do is good enough. Iv been trying to get in to Zumba. What's your recommendation for work outs for a busy women ? Any diet recommendations I love food but I get I can make healthier choices all advice is greatly appreciated
