keep getting bit

They guys so I uploaded yesterday about my bug bites that I think are flea or spider bites. Well I keep getting bit, last night I got 2 new ones and now I have a rash on the side of my stomach and a small one on the side of my face. I've tried putting cortisone and anti itch cream on the bites to stop the itchy but they don't help and now one is swelling and feels hot🤔 I'm wondering if I should go see a doctor just to get them checked out and maybe get some stronger medicine? What do you guys think?
