Headaches & migraines!

Katie

Ever since I realized I was pregnant, I've had constant headaches and migraines. I was diagnosed by the doctors that I have complex migraines with causes you to lose vision and feeling in your hands and face. Originally I thought it was a stroke or something! But the dr just said complex migraines. At my job, I'm on light duty, so I'm sitting in front of 6 computer screens for 12 hours. Which of course doesn't help. I've been bringing books to work so when I dont have to work on the computers, I can look away for a minute to relax my eyes. Anyways, I've basically been told that Tylenol is my only option. I can take my tylenol when I wake up before work, and then 6-7 hrs later I still have a headache. So I take more. I'm tired of taking 1000-2500mg a day of extra stength Tylenol. I'm really trying to not hurt my baby, and I guarantee it isn't good for my personal health either. I've heard cold compress helps, but I've tried. It happens when I'm not at work and doing things around the house. I'm all out of options, and I dont know what else to do....

Does anyone have any other advice or suggestions for me? I'm miserable everyday and I just want SOME relief. 😔
