These Bumps Started To Show Up Like In September of Last Year But It Was Like A Little Small One in My Butt. Then It Went Away & Early This Year Two Came Back But They Got Bigger (on my butt & in my crack) & Now These Two Pops Up and I'm Really Curious To Whatever They Are..

They look like skin tags. If they're not hurting or itchy, you can get them removed by a Doctor but as they don't cause any harm to your health, removing them would be for cosmetic reasons. 
They usually form in areas such as the buttocks, under breasts and under arms - anywhere the skin folds and can rub against itself.
If you're worried, go see a Doctor and they can diagnose it 😀👍🏼

Warts. Test for HPV since you're saying you've had them since a long time before. HPV can come and go but check just in case for cancer
