Why has my 9 week old stopped sleeping well?

Question

I was not blessed with a baby who would sleep 6-8 bouts straight. The most I can get my LO to sleep in one sitting is 4 hours. 
However, within the last week, my LO with sleep 2 hours. He's getting up like clockwork. I have no idea what happened or why this sudden change.... but mama is tired. At most I'll get an hour and a half before I have to wake again and it's SOOOO draining. 
HELP!

My daughter has been sleeping through the night since she was 5 weeks. 9-12 hours straight. She had a week when she was about 10 weeks old where her sleep was off due to a growth spurt. Then she went right back to normal. It maybe lasted 4 or 5 days. She's now 15 weeks this weekend and has been having a hard time the past couple nights. We just make sure to keep her bedtime routine normal and consistent so that she's better able to get back on track.
