Can't tell if I'm in labor 😭

I'm 4 days over due, I had early labor that was contractions 2 min apart for about a week now, a few days ago my back started hurting & last night it got moooore painful, I was prescribed sleeping pills to help me sleep since I've been in early labor for so long so I took one and went to sleep last night, woke up & stood up & could barely walk, sat down on the toilet and emptied alllllll my bowels which I've been having trouble with, got up and laid down then had to go to the bathroom again & lost MORE of my mucus plug (I've been losing large amounts for 2 weeks), back pain is getting worse and coming in waves but my tummy feels just achy all around but tightens every other minute it seems, baby boy is sooo low in my pelvis that's where I feel a lot of his movements. I'm supposed to get induced on Monday but idk if I'm in labor now or what's going on! Help?
