PLEASE HELP ME

my period is 10 days late. with 6 days late I did the pharmacy test and the result was negative. to put an end to the doubts, I did the blood test and the result was 1.20: negative. however, I still have not felt any symptom that my menses are coming. what can it be?

p.s.: i had sex missing one day for my menstruation to come down. but the chance of the condom having burst is quite small even because we checked after the sex.

p.s.s.: on the day that my period was about to come, i had throat infection and took anti inflammatory for a few days.
