is this a contraction or just random cramps?
so the past couple of days after doing stuff around the house & ill sit, I'll get a MASSIVE cramp in my whole stomach area & it seems like it lasts forever but I never thought to actually time how long it lasts bc it's so painful. painful enough it hurts to breathe. then it goes away & it'll happen a couple times a day but not consistent. it's not poop cramps or gas cramps but doesn't feel like the normal Braxton hicks either
