Help!

I was at the fertility specialist for an initial consult and prenatal blood work on Day 24/9 DPO of my cycle and asked them to do a blood pregnancy test for grins. Today on Day 26/11 DPO I got tired of waiting to hear back and took two brands of pregnancy tests and got two obvious positives. The fertility doctor finally called back just now and told me my blood test was negative. I told her about my positive tests and she was very confused as blood tests are supposed to be more reliable. She said my blood level was a .89 and a positive was anything above 5. She is now asking me to come back on Monday for more blood work. I was so happy but now I'm worried I'm experiencing a chemical pregnancy or something 😰. Anyone have experience or thoughts about this?
