Wine While TTC?

So, it's our first anniversary (woo!) and we are going out for a nice dinner this evening. I haven't been drinking since we started TTC except during the times AF was here. I am currently 1 dpo and OBVIOUSLY hoping to get my BFP in two weeks. Anyway, I was thinking of having a glass of wine with dinner this evening, but then i started to feel a little guilty. Have any of you done this? I've heard it's fine, but I guess I just need a little reassurance.

A glass of wine won't hurt. A lot of doctors say you could have a glass of wine with dinner while pregnant but obviously it's not recommended. (Personally would never while pregnant.) I have a glass or two once in a while and my OB said it was fine as long as I wasn't getting wasted 😂

It's totally fine to have a glass of wine. You don't have to change anything about your diet other than maybe starting prenatal vitamins until you get your BFP.
