OPK reliability..Help!!!

I took the Clearblue advanced digital test this morning, according the Glow this was suppose to be Day#2 of my fertile week...I pee on the stick and go back to sleep (I was super tired and couldn't wait for the results). I wake up about an hour later and the result shows "peak fertility"! Smiley face not blinking...how can that be? I'm on Day 10 of my cycle and typically ovulate around Day 12-14. Could this be true or did I mess up by leaving the stick in the applicator??
