Does this look like implantation bleeding

Does this look like implantation bleeding? I was suppose to start my period 4 days ago and yesterday was lightly bleeding and this is today when I pee blood goes into the toilet too usually my periods are heavy. Been wearing the same pad since this morning.

If you are already late for your period and that's now happening I would think that's not implantation bleeding. But if your periods aren't regular it could be. Take a test girl!
