What did you do for swollen feet/sore nipples?

I am 25+3 feet are swelling up bad I have stopped using salt cause my ob told me to it was just the left foot now the right is swelling up i do put them on a pillow but they still are swollen also my nipples have started to hurt really bad (I do have them pierced but that's not what's bothering me) I am a first time mom so any advice would be helpful thank you.

When my feet get swollen & achy I prop them up & sometimes my fiancé rubs them for me if they really hurt me (i hate my feet being touched so he knows I'm in desperate need for relief when I ask him). I also got a pair of super comfy shoes & I try to avoid standing on my feet for a long period of time. Obviously if you work where you need to be in your feet it's hard to stay off them, but that's why I'd suggest getting some padded shoe inserts or something. 
As for the nipples, I started putting Vaseline on mine when they get super sore because they feel dry to me like they're cracking. I also recently started wearing bralettes instead of regular bras because they're not as 'tight' to the breast, so far that seems to be helping. Sorry if this isn't much help. Just thought I'd share how I've been handling it. Good luck!
