Stomach help !!!
So, my stomach is hurting so so bad. It hurts every morning when I have stuff to do, like school. I'm sitting in class right now and I got to poop so bad but I can't because I'm nervous to poop 😂😂😂 I have ibs so im pretty sure that's why and I have a super sensitive stomach so I have to watch what I eat. Even though I haven't found anything that doesn't upset my stomach 😓
Anyone have any tips on what I can do in the morning or night before? I struggle every morning that I have class and it's awful. 😥 honestly makes me want to drop out of school because I feel so awful every day.
