Bladder stent and bleeding

Im 35 weeks pregnant and had a stent put in last week for a stone. The bleeding stopped about 4 days after the procedure. Sunday i went to a fair and did a lot of walking. The next day i started to have blood in my pee again. No matter how much i drink, it will not lighten up and its been over 24 hours of red urine. Should i call my urologist and mention it or is it normal after physical activity so soon after that procedure? I dont have a follow up appointment because they didnt want to see me unless i showed signs of an infection.
