Bleeding a week after fingering?

So my boyfriend and I are both 18 years old, and a week ago we were home alone and we were making out and I said he could finger me. We are both really new at all the sexual stuff, and I'm still a virgin, but we've been taking things slow and making sure we're comfortable with everything that happens. So he fingered me and we kinda got into it, maybe being a little too rough, and there were times when it seemed kind of tight, but I wasn't ever in pain, or if something did seem like it was hurting, I'd have him stop and try something else. The next day, I noticed a little blood in my underwear, like some light brown discharge and I just assumed this was pretty normal, and just determined that we should be a little more gentle next time. However, the bleeding hung around several days, without really seeming like it was stopping. Then, in the last day or two, it seems to have gotten a lot heavier, with dark red blood that seems like period blood and some clots. I've been on birth control for nearly 2 months, and I haven't missed a day, so it can't be my period as far as I know, and I was thinking maybe it could be spotting but like I said, I haven't missed a day, and I haven't had any trouble with spotting before this. But also in the last couple days, I've been getting sick and have been sneezing a lot, I was thinking maybe the sneezing could've caused contracting of the muscles and made whatever damage I have tear more and bleed more, but I'm not sure. Should I be concerned and think about going to the doctors?? Thanks for any help you can give!
