Neeed some advice

Ik this isnt the right group but idk where else to post but anyways im 22 married and moved out about an hour away from my hometown, im starting to regret it initially i was suppose to move from Texas to Georgia until my mom talked me out of it she now calls me whenever im off for help. I love my mother shes a single mother and unfortunately besides me and my brother doing good in life my two older sisters put alot of stress on her one is almost 30 bipolar with 3 kids and lives with my mom, my mom often has to babysit , she ruims my mom cars by stealing it while she sleeps, steals money etc etc my mom doesn't wanna kick her out because she feels bad for my neices nd nephews but cant completely handle them on her own , she often calls me to do lil things like drive somewhere cause my sis messed up the car or help her wash her snd the kids clothes etc etc and i get tired of coming to help on my off days but after all my mom has done and seeing her struggle its hard to say no so im lost on what to do, I really wish would just take her medicine and get it together
