should i got to the hospital

ok i dont know how far i am and i called my dr they said they cant get me in till tomorrow. but i feel extremely sick to my stomach and hot and light headed. im have very bad back pains about t to 6 they come and go. when i do get them i feel like im about to throw up and pass out. im scared because i just staryed a new job and thursday i left early because of a rash and i work at a nursing home. I'm scared if i go to the hospital ill loose my job and if i choose to go to work to see if it gets better i might loose my baby. i just dont know what todo. i don't want to loose my baby
