Pre eclampsia?

Question

So I've been swelling really bad and at my last appointment, my doctor done blood work to check for pre eclampsia. 
My next appointment is tomorrow and they told me if I was on any kind of medicine I needed to bring it with my to my appointment tomorrow and now I'm freaking out. 
Any one have any similar experience?
Update: I'm 34 weeks pregnant.

I have a question- why does your doctor not know what meds you're taking at 34 weeks?

Yes I had to do the preeclampsia test twice! Not fun. 
I ended up not having preeclampsia but PIH, which is just pregnancy induced hypertension. 
I ended up being induced early because of it. Baby girl was completely healthy.

I think they would have called you at some point after your last appointment to tell you if you had preeclampsia, I don't think they'd let you just go a few weeks without knowing or telling you what precautions to take.
