Red stringy CM 5w pregnant

So when I wiped last week I had brown discharge and I called my doc. She said it was okay and that it was fine as long as it wasn't red. This morning I wiped and I had stringy bright red and dark red CM. My underwear are clean so it's not gushing out and it's only when I wipe. I'm very worried but I can't get a call to my doc until tomorrow. Am I having a miscarriage?!??
