Anxious lately and negative thoughts
At first I thought it was my hormonal periods. But ive just been feeling not my self and down and anxious lately. There were a few things bothering me in my relationship but we've since spoken and everything is fine. But then these irrational negative thoughts about everything creep into my mind and make my stomach turn 😫 I dont even know what its about but it makes me wanna cry and its all just so irrational. My boyfriend wants me to be more open about my feelings which I am, but I dont want my overthinking ruining my relationship. I also feel super needy lately and just want my boyfriend around me 24/7 which isnt fair! Tips on how to feel better? Driving me crazy :( just seem unhappy for no reason
