Maternity Leave

Just curious what kind of maternity leave y'all get. Usually, maternity leave in the US is a joke and paternity leave is near nonexistent.

Fortunately, I'm self-employed with my husband and was able to write our company's maternity/paternity leave policy.

As a small business owner in the US, we provide full pay for 4 weeks and 25% of pay for 12 weeks for a total of 16 weeks paid maternity/paternity leave.

We also allow employees to modify their work schedule and/or work from home the first year after having a baby without their affecting vacation/sick/personal time.

It's not much, but it's what we can afford to do.
