Cramps before bfp

Hey guys. Question. I have at least 4 days before I can take an early test (period supposed to start 9/21), but so far I have been showing a lot of symptoms that I don't usually have before a period. I never have cramps until my period starts, but I have been having really bad cramps the past couple days.

I know I need to wait and take a test, and not read too much into symptoms.

Has anyone else experienced really bad cramps before finding out you were pregnant? Or are normal baby cramps supposed to be less intense than your normal period ones?

Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
