IUD and Menstrual Cups
Before getting my IUD, I used to use a menstrual cup. I was told by my gyno not to use it after the insertion, but wait until my next period. My period is super light, but I could still us something for it. I'm probably being a hypochondriac, but I'm afraid of pulling out the IUD when I remove the cup. Just need someone to tell me I'm being crazy and that it's safe.
