Which IUD is best for you?

Question

How do you know which one is best for you? I want to schedule an appointment with my gynecologist to get an IUD or at least talk about it but I would like to do my own research first. 
Is there a place I can look and see all kinds to compare? I've found sites for medications in the past but can't seem to find one for IUD's. 
Thanks in advance and if not I'll just do research the old fashioned way 😂

Depends on if you want hormones or not. If you tend to have heavy and painful periods, then the hormonal ones might be better. If you don't want extra hormones, then the paragard IUD might suit you better. You can get heavier and more crampier periods with the paragard (I have), but it is settling down now (It's been 3 months). I didn't have a horror story, as others may have, as I've had a really good experience with the paragard.
