10dpo major hot flashes

I'm pretty sure I ovulated early this month. CM was flowing pretty good so my fingers were crossed. Right now I'm 10dpo or so and had the worst hot flashes. It was 72 degrees in the house and 77 outside. I was doing light housework and started sweating when I sat down after feeling warm. My step son (9) looked at me like I was crazy and he felt fine. No other signs of sickness so I can't imagine that's it. Took. pregnancy, bfn. Has anyone else had this and gotten a bfp later?
