After reading the excerpt, do you think victim blaming is this grotesque?

Earlier today I read the statement the rapist Brock Turner's father released in defense of his son's "20 minutes of action" as he called it. Then I came across this. Despite the fact that there aren't any sources I still think most of it is true.

As someone who has experienced a lot of victim blaming, I have always thought it was disgusting and I'm sure annoying isn't the best word to use, but I think it most accurately describes the feeling. Defeated may be a better word but it's just like when you know something is true and people keep rejecting the thought even when the evidence is right there in front of them. I find it astonishing that so many people would actually blame the woman for saying no.
